Managed Campaign Service

2009 has been an exciting year so far for us at Eyenetwork. With a change of pace from our traditional client base we have seen an increase in the use of our Managed Campaign Service to arrange video conference bookings. This unique service was first introduced in 2007 and managed by our Ops Director (Jane). We haven’t pushed it, but we have a select number of clients who work on specific campaigns and find it invaluable.

So in March this year we were asked to arrange 87 video conference interviews, covering 23 countries in the space of 9 days.

The client had email addresses for all the candidates and she sent them to us. Jane then contacted all of the candidates and asked them for the nearest large town or city to them. Using our extensive database of video conferencing studios (which shows on the website at www.eyenetwork.com/search), in almost all cases we were able to give them a suitable time slot to use a video conference facility near to them. In those countries where we couldn’t get a facility (Algeria, Iraq, Iran) we organised a time slot for an audio interview instead.

Meanwhile we booked a London facility for 9 days solid (they were very happy), got the client a discount and arranged for their continual care throughout (refreshments etc). We even arranged for some face to face to be done at the same time.

We used our bridge for all calls and it all went – perfectly.

All in all it was great for everyone. The client had nothing to worry about beyond getting the interview panel together, the candidate was in direct contact with Jane, Jane was in direct contact with the facilities and the client. The client also had weekend cover so no worries with Saturday and Sunday bookings. It was a perfect circle of communication.

There is an even bigger campaign coming up for another client. In April I will have 130 candidates to book for interviews in 12 days! Wow eh? This is an excellent way to cover a campaign with smooth admin so that the interviewers see no fuss, just an organised schedule.
